摘要:本设计以ATmega16单片机作为核心控制器件,能实时对工作环境进行监测,自动进行加热或散热,进而实现程控加热的功能。在加热(或散热)控制电路中,本设计采用了PWM信号控制,达到控制加热(或散热)功率的目的。电路采用光电耦合实现强电和弱电完全隔离,一方面能大大提高电路输出功率,另一方面实现无触点无噪声,使用寿命长,功耗较低,显著提高系统灵敏度和抗干扰能力。设计使用12864液晶作为显示屏,实时显示系统工作状态和工作环境信息。

Abstract:ThisdesignusesATmega16monolithicprocessorasmaincontroldevice,whichcanreal-timemonitorsofworkingenvironment,automaticallyheatorcoolandreachthefunctionofprogram-controlledheating.Intheheated(orheat)controlcircuit,thisdesignadoptedPWMsignalcontrol.Thenitcancontrolthepowerofheating(orheat).Circuitadoptsphotoelectriccouplingrealizehighvoltageandweakreportcompleteisolation,ontheonehand,cangreatlyincreasetheoutputpowerofthecircuit,ontheotherhandrealizewithoutnoise,non-contact,longservicelifeandlowpowerconsumption,improvesystemsensitivityandanti-interferenceability.Design12864LCDscreen,useasareal-timedisplaysystemworkingstatusandworkingenvironmentinformation.
