高保真六色印刷复制色域分析

摘要 为了得到高保真六色印刷复制色彩传递的一般规律以及六色印刷复制网点传递的一般规律,通过一系列的印前处理、色彩管理原理及技术,结合各种色彩管理软件,并根据高保真印刷的特点,在二阶调频加网条件下,制作出六色高保真复制测试版,通过对测试版色块的色度测量,得到六色印刷复制的色彩特性文件,然后对色彩特性文件进行分析,获得六色印刷复制的色域,通过与四色传统印刷、数字印刷、以及喷墨打印等色域的对比,得到六色印刷在色域方面的特点,并且根据得到的六色色彩特性文件对图像进行分色测试。此外,还对高保真六色印刷的网点面积率进行了测量,得到了六色印刷复制的网点传递规律。实验结果表明:增加原色墨数可以有效地增加印刷品的色域;六色印刷复制的色域比四色印刷的色域可以扩大20%以上;四色数字印刷机的色域与传统四色印刷的色域基本吻合;八色喷墨打印机的色域略大于六色印刷复制的色域,但是在部分颜色区域六色印刷更具优势,超过了八色喷墨打印机;用于六色印刷复制的二阶调频网点扩大量较高,其峰值超过25%。

Analysis of Gamut on Hi-Fi Six Color Printing

Abstract In order to get some rules of high-fidelity six-color printing about color transmission and dot transmission ,we make test plates using 2nd-order FM dots, through a series of pre-press color management theory and technology, combing with kinds of color management software, and in accordance with the characteristics of high-fidelity printing. According to measuring the chats of the test plates, we can make profiles of high-fidelity six-color printing, and then we can get the gamut. Compared with the gamut of four-color printing, digital printing and ink-jet print, the advantages of Hi-Fi printing will be found. And then separation tests are made by means of using six-color profiles. Otherwise, we can get some rules of dot transmission according to measuring dot areas of Hi-Fi printing chats. The results show that the gamut of printing can be effectively enlarged by improving the numbers of original colors, and the gamut may be enlarged above 20% than four-color printing. The gamut of digital printing can match with traditional four-color printing. The gamut of high-fidelity six-color printing is smaller than eight ink-jet print, but still have some advantages in some color areas. Second-order FM dots areas are enlarged much, and the max level is more than 25%.

传统的四色印刷将原稿的颜色分解成C、M、Y、K四色色版印刷,四种颜色虽然按不同比例的混合,理论上可以得到印刷色域中的所有颜色。可是在具体的实践中,由于受到色料和生产工艺的限制,四

色印刷使用的C、M、Y、K基色油墨印刷显色的光谱曲线与理想颜色光谱曲线有较大差距,油墨叠印的二次色CM、CY、MY显色效果,特别是蓝色和绿色,与理想颜色差距更大,以现有的油墨生产工艺,大幅度地提高油墨性能,留有的空间不大。因此,

这可以说是目前四色印刷的色域较难有很大扩展[1]。

由CMYK油墨获得减色混合色彩的不足之处。
