2降水工程Dewatering Engineering

根据本工程的地勘报告,常年水位在0.5~1.5M,故在实际施工地下基础等时需采取必要的降水措施,拟采用轻型井点降水。According to the geological survey report of the project, the the perennial water level at 0.5 ~~ 1.5M, it is in the actual construction of the underground base, the need to take the necessary measures of precipitation, the proposed well point dewatering.

2.1材料要求Material Requirement

井点管:用直径38~55mm钢管,带管箍,下端为长2m的同直径钻有φ10mm梅花形孔(6排)的滤管,外缠8号铁丝、间距20mm,外包尼龙窗纱二层,棕皮三层,缠20号铁丝、间距40mm。 Well point pipe : steel pipe of 38 ~ 55mm diameter with pipe bands, the bottom end is 2m long filter tube of the same diameter, drilled plum-shaped holes of φ10mm (6 rows) f outside wrapped with #8 wire, at spacing of 20mm, outsourcing 2 coats of nylon screens, 3 coats of brown leather ,wrapped # 20 wire at spacing of 40mm.

连接管:用塑料透明管、胶皮管,直径38~55mm;顶部装铸铁头。

Connecting tube: use transparent plastic tubes, hoses, at diameter 38 ~~ 55mm; mounted cast iron head on the top

集水总管:用直径75~100mm钢管带接头。

General catchment tube: 75 ~ 100mm diameter steel pipe with fittings.

滤料:粒径0.5~3.0cm石子,含泥量小于1%。

Filter: stone of particle size 0.5 ~ 3.0cm,containing clay content being less than 1%.

2.2作业条件Operating Conditions

1) 地质勘探资料具备,根据地下水位深度、土的渗透系数和土质分布。

Having the geological exploration data,incl.groundwater depth, soil permeability and soil distribution.

2) 基础施工图纸齐全,以便根据基层标高确定降水深度。

Complete set of construction drawings in order to determine the precipitation depth as per grassroots elevation.

3) 确定基坑放坡系数、井点布置、数量、观测井点位置、泵房位置等,并已测量放线定位。 To determine the the pit grading coefficient, layout of well point, quantities,observation well
