新兵成分与特点的变化对思想政治教育的要求及对策

【摘 要】近年来，随着军队兵员服役制度的调整，许多大学生开始走入军营成为普通一兵，高中以上学历新兵比例不断提高。调查发现新兵普遍思维比较开阔，但政治观念弱化，军人素质较差。这些成分与特点的变化对做好新兵思想政治教育提出了新的更高要求，干部骨干传统的教育引导能力面临许多考验。笔者在深入调研，并结合自身工作经历，在教育内容、形式方法和实践锻炼等方面提出了对策，对于军队做好新兵管理教育、加快身份转变具有一定的指导意义。
