制造柔性概念困惑辨析及关系模型构建

摘要：为解决制造柔性概念存在的困惑，本文辨析了制造柔性的实体依赖性，制造柔性与环境变化不确定性的

关系以及制造柔性与制造变革的关系等问题。在上述分析的基础上，对制造柔性的构成性前因变量和结果变量进行识别，

同时考虑供应商制造柔性的作用，构建整合化的制造柔性关系模型。关键词：制造柔性；关系模型；人员柔性中图分类号：F270．7

Abstract ：To solve the construct confusion about manufacturing flexibility （MF ），this paper discusses some important is-sues such as the entity-dependence of MF ，the relationship between MF and environment uncertainty ，and the relation-ship between MF and manufacturing reformation．Based on the up discussion ，this paper identifies antecedents and con-sequences of MF ，relationship framework of MF was constructed considering the influence of the upstream enterprise's MF．

一、引言

随着市场竞争的不断加剧，多品种、新产品和客户定制已经成为当下竞争的焦点所在。单品种、大批量的生产方式已不是主流生产方式，以多品种、小批量、快速调整为特征的柔性制造方式已经广泛应用。相应的，国内外学者对柔性制造能力-制造柔性（manufacturing flexibility ）给予广泛关注，并对其进行了持续研究。早期学者们主要从技术视角研究制造系统如何引进柔性制造设备以

实现整个系统的柔性，从上世纪八十年代初开始，生产运作领域的专家开始从管理的角度思考制造柔性的概念、

影响因素和作用价值（Gerwin ，1982；Buzacott ，1982；Zelenovich ，1982；Slack ，1983；等）。

经过多年的研究，制造柔性可以帮助制造企业获得竞争优势这一判断已经达成广泛共识（例如Gerwin ，1993；Upton ，1994；Slack ，2005；等），但是制造柔性本身却未被很好地理解［1］
