2/100Hz经皮穴位电刺激对27例青少年

网络成瘾症的治疗作用

摘要　目的:评价2/100Hz经皮穴位电刺激对青少年网络成瘾症的影响。方法:治疗组18人,施以2/100Hz经皮穴位电刺激(HANS);对照组9人,给予模拟经皮穴位电刺激(假HANS)。分别治疗3d后,比较两组治疗前后的平均上网时间、累计上网率以及网瘾症综合评分。结果:(1)治疗组每天上网时间由768122m77115min降至

324144min±s29126min;对照组前后分别是652122min±s90161min634144minsm。表明治疗组与

addiction(IA).:Totally27adolescentInternetaddictswererandomlyassignedintotwogroups:18inthetreatmentgroupweregiven2/100HzHANSand9receivedshamHANSascontrol.Thetwogroupswerecompairedinmeanonlinetime,accumulativeonlineproportionandIAcomprehensiveevaluationafter3daysoftreatment.:(1)Aftertreatment,theonlinetimeofthetreatmentgroupdecreasedfrom768122min±s77115minto324144min±s29126minaday,indicatingasignificantdifferencecomparedwiththecontrolgroup(652122min±s90161min/634144min±s81197min),P<0105.(2)ThemedianvalueofIAcomprehensiveevaluationforthetreatmentgrouphadreducedfromscore6toscore3,alsoshowingasignificantdifference(P<0105)comparedwiththecontrolgroup(score6/6).(3)Theonlinemediansurvivaltermofthetwogroupswas33hand3215h,respectively,andnostatisticaldifferenceinonlinecumulativeproportion.:2/100HzHANScaneffectivelyreducetheonlinetimeofadolescentInternetaddictsandinhibitInternetaddictionsyndrome,butcannotsignificantlydecreaseaccumulativeonlineproportion.
