鼓励这样的开发模式。温泉房地产虽然在欧洲、日本和台湾地区也很普遍，但在规模和速度上远不及目前的中国。国外的温泉产业，主要依靠经营盈利。从全球产业发展视野来看，应该说，中国式的温泉房地产开发模式是一种创新开发模式，因此，它到目前为止仍然是一个动态发展中的房地产概念和开发模式。

abstract: at present, the main investment driving force of more than 60% hot spring tourism is from real estate development. hot spring + real estate development has become the mainstream of profit mode, which is also encouraged by government. while hot spring real estate very common in europe, japan and taiwan, it is far more in scale and speed of the present chinese. foreign hot spring industry mainly rely on earnings management. from the global industry development, hot spring real estate development mode of china is a kind of innovation, so it is still a dynamic concept and development mode of real estate.
