My lesson is from Senior English for China Book1 edited by PEP. Unit 2 English Around The World. The main passage is about “English language ,different kinds of English and How its developed the importance of it. ” It is an exposition.

Let student know how wide spread English is in the world today.
Let students know the differences between British English and American English. Make students can know, read, and remember the new words and phrases. (2). Ability
Students can know how to use new words and phrases in daily life and communicate with others. (3). Emotion
Make students can be interested in learning English and dare to communicate with each other actively.
