污水管网设计中存在的问题及对策

【摘要】污水管网设计是城市市政建设的重要组成部分，随着我国污水管网设计水平的不断提高，城市的污水处理能力也日渐提高，这对于保护城市生态环境具有重要意义。但是在污水管网设计上还是存在一些问题，如规划水系统不严谨、与污水处理厂不匹配等，这些问题影响了城市污水处理的效果。本文通过现有的研究资料和自己在污水管网设计方面的经验，详细分析了当前城市污水管网设计中存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策建议，以期能够提高城市污水管网设计水平，提高城市污水处理能力。

Abstract: Urban sewage pipe network design is an important part of the municipal construction. Along with the improvement of sewage pipe network design , the level of urban sewage treatment capacity has increased, and this for the protection of the urban environment is of great importance. The sewage pipe network design still remains some problems, such as planning the water system is not rigorous, and do not match sewage treatment plants, these issues affect the city’s sewage treatment effect. This research through the existing research data and the author’s own experience in the sewage pipe network design, detailed analysis of the current urban sewage pipe network design problems, and provide the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions with a view to improve the level of urban sewage pipe network design and improve the urban sewage treatment capacity.

城市排水系统是城市基础设施的重要组成部分，也是城市水污染防治和城市防洪工程的重点工程。在城市排水系统当中住宅区和企事业单位的雨水和污水管道系统是最重要的部分，在这上面的投资要占到整个排水系统投资的70%以上。而我国现在绝大部分城市污水处理厂都是以生物处理为主的二级处理，由于在城市污水管网设计上没有考虑到污水处理厂的发展需要，导致污水管网与处理厂之间不匹配，这种情况下污水处理厂很难发挥其在污水处理中的作用，而这也成为城市排水管道系统发展的一个“瓶颈”，这一瓶颈导致现在部分城市的污水管网系统当中的污水浓度偏低，好氧菌在这种环境下很难成果，污水处理厂得处理质量受到很大的限制。

一、城市污水管网设计中存在的问题

当前城市污水管网设计中的问题主要集中在系统的科学性和合理性上面，如城市规划水系统不严谨等等，具体内容表现在以下几个方面：
