浅议中小企业财务管理问题及对策

摘要:随着市场经济的发展和现代化管理制度的发展，我国中小企业的财管理也逐渐成熟和规范。财务管理是一个企业的关键和核心，下到关系到一个企业的经济效益的提高，上到关系其生存发展目前，企业进一步加强了对财务管理的重视度，在财务管理问理论和实践上取得了一定成果。但同时，我国中小企业在财务管理理念、管理方法以及相关制度建设方面上还存在有一些问题，距离发达国家先进的财务管理水平还有一定的差距，有待于进一步的改善和加强。
