（三）信用证 （Letter of Credit, 简写L/C）
买卖双方进行贸易结算时，除非买方具有无可置疑的信誉或买卖双方有着特殊的关
系，否则，卖方不愿接受付 交单或承兑交单。因为卖方担心买方最后拒绝付 赎
单，这时卖方虽然仍是货主，但他可能收不到货 ，在承兑交单项下，买方已拿到
单据，最后因某种原因无力支付，卖方就会受到严重的损失，所以，进行国际贸易
交会时，更多地采用信用证的方式。
信用证是以银行信用为基础，付 由银行担保。它是由进口地银行应进口商（买方）
的请求，开给出口商（卖方）一种保证支付货 的书面凭证。在这种凭证中开列了
买方购货所规定的条件，如货物的品种、规格、数量、发货凭证等，只要卖方按所
列条件会货，就有权凭此证向开证行或其指定的银行取得货 。

（1）贵函
