CONTRACT

This contract is made by and between the Buyers and Sellers, whereby the Buyers agree to buy and Sellers agree to sell the under-mentioned commodity according to the terms and conditions stipulated below;

Price list

5. PACKING :IN To be packed in new strong and suitable for long distance

transportantion and well procted against dampness,moisture,rust,and rough carrying. The sellers shall ba

liable for any damage to the goods on account of improper packing and for anr rust damage attributable to

inadequate or improper protective measures taken by the sellers and in such case or cases any and all losses

and expenses incurred in consequence thereof shall be borne by sellers.

6. PRICE TERM:

Goods contracted price is subject to price list to this contract.

Prices of products purchased under this contract is renegotiated every six months.
