Around mid 40's GBP, with 25 days holiday and optional extra 5 with the usual
benefits package

Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, Senior (Pittsburgh, PA)
Starting salary was $95,000 with no bonus. Senior consultant do not receive a
ny bonus. Also First year raise was 5%.

Ernst & Young, Staff 1 (New York, NY)
$57,000 base salary with a $5,000 signing bonus

Freddie Mac, Manager (McLean, VA)
Pay raises have been in decline in years I was there. I think my first year I
got a 5% pay raise and then only 3%, 2.5%, 2% and 2% thereafter.
