摘要：由于施工现场存在较多分包及垄断单位的专业分包，总包单位又不愿在房产公司项目上投入较强的管理力量或业务水平、管理水平不高，协调非常困难，导致项目的质量和进度等没有保证，这就需要甲方做好现场的总体把控工作，做好前期策划及准备工作，对施工过程严格把关。本文根据项目实施的过程进行分析，提出房产公司工程管理的有效策略，希望能给房地产公司的管理工作提供有效建议。
